Thank you for choosing to work with me! Please take a moment to read these simple guidelines so we’re all on the same page:

Booking & Payment

All sessions and program spots are paid in advance to secure your place.

Payment confirms your booking and your agreement to these terms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Last-minute cancellations are only accepted in cases of illness, emergencies, or family bereavement.

Work or personal schedule conflicts unfortunately cannot be accepted as a reason for cancellation.

Programs & Sessions

The six-week program can be paid in full or pay-as-you-go (please see booking details).

Single sessions are also available and follow the same booking and cancellation rules.

Your Commitment

I provide guidance, support, and resources, but your results depend on your commitment and participation.

Please attend your sessions on time and complete any agreed activities to get the most from your program.

Privacy

Your personal details will never, ever be shared.

Confidentiality is extremely important, and your information is always safe with me.
